"Exceptional Support for My Order"
Just about 10 minutes after I placed my order online, a representative from Packwire got in touch to let me know that the images I selected for my package weren't the best quality. They offered some tips on how to improve my images and continue with the order. This person was really committed to helping me during the entire sales and ordering process. It's not every day you come across customer service and order support like this, and I was truly impressed. I wholeheartedly recommend Packwire for anyone looking for custom packaging solutions!

"Initially unsure about purchasing boxes..."
I had some reservations about ordering boxes without checking out a physical sample first. The representative recommended creating a physical sample, but since this project was on a tight schedule, I decided to go with their free 3D Render option. It provided a clearer picture than the online configurator regarding colors. The boxes turned out exactly as expected, and I'm really pleased with how everything turned out. Big thanks to Packwire!

I really want to give a huge thanks to Zach for his incredible customer support! He was super patient with me and ensured that my art files were ready for printing. I received my boxes a full week ahead of when I was told, and the quality is just spot on. I’ll definitely be using PackWire again!

"The Ultimate Site for Custom Box Designs!"
If you're looking for a custom box design, I can’t recommend Packwire enough. We recently ordered some shipping boxes for a campaign we’re working on. After playing around on their super user-friendly site and uploading our design, Phil, the account manager for our project, got in touch to check if I had any questions. He was super quick to respond at every stage. Overall, we got our fully customized boxes in just 2 weeks! They look amazing, and everyone in the office is totally smitten with them—Can’t wait to start shipping!

"Great shopping experience all around!"
We just had a super positive time with Packwire. After picking our box and design (which was a breeze), I got in touch with Phil—my account manager. There were a couple of hiccups with our artwork, but Phil really went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the final product. He’s friendly, professional, and knows his stuff, representing Packwire like a champ. No doubt we’ll be back for more business with Packwire—just an all-around great experience that totally deserves five stars.
